At Help and Health Foundation, we deeply value your contributions and are committed to using donations efficiently to support our mission. However, we understand that sometimes errors or changes may occur. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Donation Refunds
Donations made to Help and Health Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests in certain circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate donations made in error
- Incorrect donation amount due to a technical issue
- Accidental donations made without the donor’s consent
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date with the details of your request, including your full name, donation date, amount, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
2. Event Registration Refunds
If you have registered for an event hosted by Help and Health Foundation and can no longer attend, refund requests may be considered up to 30 days before the event date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the event-specific policy for more details.
3. Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, we will Credit the refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise stated. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
