When you donate, volunteer, subscribe or contact us, we collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, address and payment details. We also collect basic technical data through standard analytics tools.

We use your information to process donations and issue 80G receipts, respond to enquiries, coordinate volunteering, send newsletters, and report to regulators as required by Indian law. We do not sell or rent donor data.

3. Donor & volunteer confidentiality

Donation amounts and personal details are kept strictly confidential and accessible only to authorised staff. We publish donor names only with explicit consent.

4. Payment information

Online donations are processed by our third-party payment gateway partner. Prayas Foundation does not store your full card or bank details on its own servers.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to remember preferences and understand visitor behaviour. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Your rights
