Programs
Four programs, one goal: a fair start for every child.
Education
Learning Centres
Free after-school tuition, reading circles and exam support run out of 18 neighbourhood centres, staffed by trained tutors — many of them former students.
Healthcare
Mobile Health Camps
A fully equipped van visits each settlement every third Sunday, offering free check-ups, vaccinations, maternal care and nutrition counselling.
Livelihoods
Women's Livelihood Collective
Tailoring, food processing and digital-literacy training paired with small micro-grants, helping mothers build steady, independent income.
Emergency Response
Monsoon & Disaster Relief
Rapid-response kits — dry rations, tarpaulin, medicine and clean-water supplies — reach flood-affected families within 48 hours.
How a new centre gets built
1. Community meeting
Confirm need and find a local venue.
2. Recruit & train
Local tutors and health volunteers are trained.
3. Trial term
Centre opens; families give direct feedback.
4. Fold into budget
Program is adjusted into our annual budget.
