1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Prayas Foundation website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Website usage

Content on this site is the property of Prayas Foundation unless otherwise credited. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access.

3. Donations

All donations are voluntary contributions to Prayas Foundation’s charitable activities. By donating, you confirm the funds are your own and lawfully obtained.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 7 days at hello@prayasfoundation.org. Monthly donations can be cancelled anytime, effective the next billing cycle.

5. Tax receipts

80G receipts are issued to the name and PAN details provided at donation time. We are not responsible for receipts issued incorrectly due to inaccurate donor information.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites such as our payment gateway. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from its use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
